Troubleshooting

1. Update Chrome and reload the page.
2. Confirm that the extension is enabled.
3. Temporarily disable similar extensions one at a time.
4. Disable SponsorBlock if its external service is unavailable.
5. If playback remains affected, remove the extension through chrome://extensions.

Do not send passwords, cookies, browsing history, or screenshots containing personal data. Include the Chrome version, No Ads — Video Cleaner version, page type, and reproduction steps.
